She was predeceased by: her husband Richard; her son John; and her sister Margaret Updyke. She is survived by: her sister Nancy Liberto; her children, Susan Ondish of Rehoboth Beach, DE, Richard P. Sowieralski, Jr. (Betsy) of Washington, Thomas Sowieralski (Vicki) of Millsboro, Jean Sowieralski Dunn (Michael) of Millsboro and Joan Mensah (Thaddeus) of New Jersey; her grandchildren, Sean Ondish (Christa), David Ondish (Pamela), Michael Ondish (Mackenzie), Lauren Plover (Joseph) and Luke Sowieralski; and her great grandchildren, Tyler, Carter Ondish, Lila Ondish and Remi Plover. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations be made in Jeanne's memory to St. Vincent de Paul Society c/o St. Edmond Catholic Church, PO Box 646, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971.
