He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Chapman and Mattie Chapman (Barbee); and his wife Lois Jean Chapman (Meinberg). He is survived by: his children, Roger Chapman (Deborah) and Katherine Chapman of Laurel, MD; his grandchildren, Anthony Chapman, Christine Chapman, Elizabeth Chapman, Ciarra Harvey, Sonny Chapman and Daevon Chapman; and his great grandchild Isaiah Chapman.
