He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Wesley and Margaret L. Hall (French); and his sister Claudia Holland. He is survived by: his wife Catherine A. Hall of Selbyville, DE; his children, Jeremy L. Hall (Sara) of Mechanicsville, MD, Laura A. Wood (Richard Baxter) and Jessica M. Hayford (Scott) of St. Augustine, FL; his niece Paula Fisher; and his nephew David Holland. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
