She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter C. Adkins and Ida Gertrude Adkins; and her siblings, Harvey, Ivan, Delbert and Frances Courtright.
She is survived by: her siblings, Mildred Hinkley and Virgil Adkins; her daughter Carol Ann Lacher (Jerry Lacher) of Selbyville, DE.; and her grandchildren, Matthew Lacher (Melanie) of Frederick, MD and Jessica Pilkerton.
