He was predeceased by: his sister Judith Massenkeil (Paul); and his father George J. Chulis. He is survived by: his wife Elayne Chulis (Kasperowski); his children, George Chulis of Perryville Md and Kimberly Chulis of Rockville, IN.; his sister Deborah Chulis of Scranton Pa; and his friend Aldo Deijkers of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
