He was predeceased by: his parents, John S. Warner and Josephine Warner (Derr); and his daughter Cynthia H. Warner. He is survived by: his close friends, Christiana Motor Freight, VanDyke Diesel and Truck Repair; his wife Genevieve H. Warner of Bishopville; and his children, Christine H. Travers of Bishopville, Constance H. Helms of New Castle and Frederick C. Warner Jr. of Coatesville, PA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
