She was predeceased by: her parents, Francis Ellsworth and Marie Gladys Dodd (Link); and her husband Earl P. Price Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Earl P. "Tim" Price Jr. of Berlin, MD, Lane Cox, Michael Cox of Downingtown, PA, Kevin Cox of Ocean City, MD, Sandra Whitehouse of Glendale, AZ, Debbie Galati and Annette Brown of Summerfield, NC. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
