She was predeceased by: her parent Eddie Norton; and her siblings, William T. Hall, Elizabeth Mumford, Jean Coffin and Peggy Hall.
She is survived by: her parent Pauline F. Hall (Donaway); her husband David A. Quillen of Ocean City; her daughter Dawn Q. Spencer (James) of Selbyville; her siblings, Ray Edward Hall of Willards, Betty White of Pittsville, Dorothy Mumford of Georgetown and Hilda H. Foskey of Pittsville; her grandchildren, Thomas D. Spencer (Krystle) and Jessica Breeding (Cole); and her great grandchildren, Kaden, Brody, Camden and Archer. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
