He is survived by: his children, Steve Smith of Elkton, MD, Richard O'Bryan of Willards, Julie Timmons-Banks of Willards and Brian Timmons of Willards; and his close friend Nancy Davis of Millsboro. He is also survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
