He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Edward Miller II and Ruth Miller Gilfillan (Johancen). He is survived by: his daughter Victoria Lewis (Shayne) of Salisbury, Maryland; his siblings, Conni Hall (Dale) of Berlin, Maryland, Chris Miller of Berlin and Joey Miller (Janet) of Ocean Pines, Maryland.; his grandchildren, Mason Lewis and Rosemary Lewis of Salisbury, Maryland.; his niece Sara Patrick of Ocean City; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Logan and Sydney Patrick; his nieces, Kathryn Brummitt (James) of Purceville and Virginia; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Abby and Becca Brummitt; his nephews, Joseph Miller (Joby) of New Smyrna Beach and Josh; and his niece Jenna Miller of Ocean Pines, Maryland.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
A Celebration of life will be conducted later, Covid permitting, with a Mass and memorial gathering.
In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to Coastal Hospice of the Eastern Shore or St. Mary's Star of the Sea parish in Ocean City, Maryland.
