He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Dearth; and his siblings, Virginia Patchett, Wallace Dearth and Sherman Dearth Jr.. He is survived by: his children, Steve Dearth (Linda), Danny Dearth, Susan Kessler (Russell) and Denise Smith (James). He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 30 great-grandchildren.
