He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Nichols and Phylis Turner Adams. He is survived by: his wife Bernice Turner; his children, Nanette Murray, Carmetta Holden, Charles Pinder and Damoyne Willis, Sr. (Christina); his siblings, Deborah Butler and Ronald Turner; and his goddaughter Adrian Buffalo. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, in-laws, and friends.
