He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; and his son David S. Barnett. He is survived by: his children, Perry S. Barnett (Lori) of Seaford and Teresa L. May (Ronnie) of Oxford, PA.; and his daughter-in-law Judy Barnett. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Townsend Cemetery (759 Caldwell Corner Rd, Townsend, DE 19734).
