He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Marvil Tice and Betty Jean Tice of Laurel; his siblings, Allen (Terri), Jean (Bill Collison), Mavis and Ginni (Dave Hamrick); his nephew Jason (Bobbi Jo); and his nieces, Ashley (Kevin Hilderbrand), Megan (Bryan Mack) and Jenna (Chris Absher). He was also cherished by ten great nieces and nephews.
