She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Leroy Ruark Sr. and Louise Wheeler Ruark; and her brother Joey. She is survived by: her husband Robert S. Massey; and her daughters, Heather Lynn Massey and Laura M. Biscoe (W. T.).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the St. John's United Methodist Church (300 N Pine St, Seaford, DE 19973). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, January 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
