Ruth J. Moore Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth J. Moore of Seaford, Delaware, born in Dover, Delaware, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 6, 2024 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Clifton Jones, Sr. and Edith Emily Nelson Jones; her son John B. Moore, Jr.; and her brothers, Leroy Jones, Jr. and Lloyd Jones.
She is survived by: her husband John B. Moore, Sr. (Jack); her daughters, Brenda Biddle (Rusty) and Kim Fisher (Brian); her grandchildren, John Biddle, Josh Biddle, Andrew Biddle, Aubrey Ferkler, Benjamin Fisher and Gabriel Fisher; and her siblings, Mary Story (Sudler) and Morris Jones.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Luke's Global Methodist Church (100 S 5th Ave, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
