She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Billings and Margaret Billings; and her sister Gail Jewell. She is survived by: her son Aaron Williamson (Elizabeth); and her brother Alan Billings (Sandy).
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cranston Funeral Home (300 N Shipley St, Seaford, DE 19973). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
