She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman German and Helen Rementer; her sons, Ronald J. Keiser and Edward J. Keiser; her grandchildren, Joseph Keiser, Joshua Keiser, Jacob Keiser, Evelyn Keiser, Jackson Keiser, Bradley Vance, Faith Vance and MaryJo McCarthy; her great grandchild Aubrey Keiser; her aunt Anna Mae German; and her sister Jo Ann Crowson. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church (528 E Stein Hwy, Seaford, DE 19973). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Seaford District Library in Norma's honor, supporting the community she held so dear.
