He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert and Jack; and his wife Bobbie. He is survived by: his children, John Murphy (Thomas Ayers), Mark Murphy and Cheryl Phillips (Rick); and also Sara. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many, many friends.
