He is survived by: his wife Darlene Catherine Gilpin (Loar); his children, Howard Gilpin III (Katherine LeJeune) and Lori Hoch (Keller Hoch); his grandchildren, Kelsey Cozza (Hayes Cozza), Alyssa Bailey Hoch and Tobin Gilpin; and his great grandchildren, Jordy and Reece Cozza.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cranston Funeral Home (300 N Shipley St, Seaford, DE 19973). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 6th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
