He is survived by: his children, John Dale (Karen), Joanna (Trey) and David (Heather); his grandchildren, Tyler (Natasha), Chris Davis (Erica), Mary and Aaron (Lindsey); his great grandchildren, Elijah and Cullen; and his sister Dortha.
