He was predeceased by: his parents, Joshua Lee Lister (Jock) and Carrie Alice Watson Lister; his daughters, Geri Lynn Lister, Donna Lister Mast and Terri Lister; and his siblings, Mary Veal and Merle Lee Lister, Sr..
He is survived by: his wife T. Geraldine Lister of Seaford; his daughters, Patty Lister Eure of Edenton, NC and Ida Lister Tipton (Mitch) of Seaford; his sister Ruth Ann Breeding of Denton, MD; and his sister-in-law Anna Pauline Lister of Denton. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Moore Funeral Home (12 S 2nd St, Denton, MD 21629). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
