He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Jo Kirby Wootten; his children, David Wootten II (Melanie Binder-Wootten) and Caleigh Jo Wootten (Stephen Rich); his grandchildren, Charlotte Wootten, Gracie Wootten, Maximus Rich and Maverick Rich; his siblings, Edsel Wootten, Jr. (Kathleen Wootten) and Sheila Littleton; his nephews, Devin Littleton and Edsel Wootten, III; and his niece Sarah Wootten.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Disharoon Funeral Home Inc. (700 West St, Laurel, DE 19956). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
