It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Cynthia Lee Morris (Seaford, Delaware), who passed away on November 4, 2024, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. As we bid adieu to Cynthia Lee's earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Cynthia Lee has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Rosey Virginia Osborn-Showard and Charles Lee Showard; and her sister Linda Shelton. She is survived by: her husband Thomas E. Morris; her children, Edward Thomas "Bodie" Truitt (Stephine), Charles Lee "Jodie" Truitt and Jessica Henchey (Thomas); her stepdaughter Marie Tolson Overton (Kevin); and her siblings, Shirley A. Bell and Charles Lee Showard. She is also survived by two grandchildren; two step grandchildren; one great-grandchild.

Visitation was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mark's Episcopal Church (110 W State St, Millsboro, DE 19966). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
