She was predeceased by: her parents, Garland Edward Carbary and Mary Maggie Carbary (Moore); her former husband Melvin Tuggle, Sr.; her husband Lloyd Leon Ward; her great grandchild Al-Hafeez Wilson; and her siblings, Cora Terry, James Carbary, Shirley Carbary, Hazel Terry and Peggy Warren.
She is survived by: her children, Melvin Tuggle, Jr. (Kathleen), John Tuggle (Dana), Mary Dellavecchio (Robert) and Nancy Feher (Edward); and her siblings, Alma Jean Parcell and Kenneth Carbary. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made payable to the "Delaware Hospice" or "Elkton First Baptist Church" and sent in care of the funeral home.
