He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick, Jr. Williams and Dorothy Williams (Roe). He is survived by: his siblings, Frederick Williams and Carole Westman (Robert) of Miramar Beach, FL; his nephews, Robert Westman (Leigh) of Miramar Beach, FL and Ryan Westman (Anne) of Powell, OH; his great-niece Charlotte Westman; and his great-nephew Andrew Westman.
