She is survived by: her sons, Gary F. Cottingham (Kathy) and Carl L. Cottingham (Joanne); her grandchildren, Gary Cottingham Jr. (Angie), John Cottingham and Jillian Cottingham; her great grandchildren, Chase and Blake Cottingham; and her grandchildren, William and Kara Collins.
