She was predeceased by: her spouse Russell E. Parsons; her parents, Joseph Bird and Mary Bird (Pinkerton); her son Robert; her granddaughter Cheryl; and her brother Joseph Bird.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Reppert (Dave), Larry Parsons (Michele), Dionne McNeel (Michael) and Russell; her grandchildren, Shannon, Amanda (Chris), Matthew, Laura (Adam), Paul (Taylor) and Jake; and her great grandchildren, Ivy, Aiden, Collin, Chase, Aubrey, Carter, Piper, Asher and Reese.
