He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edwin Caulk-Dement and Mildred Caulk-Dement; his son Daniel Haus-Caulk; his sister Samantha Cherie Schryer; his niece Misha Britt Schryer; his nephew Tien Vail Schryer; his cousin Parris Caulk; and his caregiver Marsha Burd.
