Carter, III (Scarlette Hobbs) and Gregory Carter; her grandchildren, Kyle Carter, Meghan Carter (Chris Donges) and Conor Carter; her great grandchildren, Logan and Landon Donges; her siblings-in-law, Garry F. Carter (Suzanne) of Seminole, FL and Donna Lewis; her nephew Doug Deveney; and also Elizabeth Carter.
