It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Victor Roy of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, born in Montgomery, Alabama, who passed away on November 12, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Roy and Lucille Roy; and his brother Joe Roy. He is survived by: his wife Mary Roy (Gallagher) of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his sons, Victor Roy of Annapolis, MD, David Roy of Poolesville, MD and Joseph Roy of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his grandchildren, Tyler Roy, Ryan Roy, Cole Roy, Amanda Roy and Ashley Roy; and his sisters, Vicky Galifaro, Sue McConville and Evelyn Canning.
