He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Perez and Nancy Perez (Acuna-Anya). He is survived by: his wife Eileen Perez (Volpe); his sons, Jose "Joey" Perez and Dominick Perez; his brother Fernando Perez (Pat); his brothers-in-law, Dominick Volpe (Theresa) and Joseph Volpe; his nieces and nephews, Elisa, Nick, Freddy, Meahgan, Dominick Volpe and Anthony Volpe; his godchildren, Chris Volpe and Seana Marie; and his cousins, Meda Morales, Anthony, Helen, Alfred, Raymond, Allen and Dennis.

Interment will be private. Due to the dangers associated with the spread of COVID 19, all attendees shall wear a mask and maintain social distancing at all times while attending any aspect of the funeral services.
