He was predeceased by: his parents, James Gipple and Patricia Gipple (Burke). He is survived by: his husband Paul Weppner; his siblings, E. G. Gipple (Karin) of Annapolis, MD, Jesse Gipple of West Virginia and Jean Gipple (Doug Oliver) of Oregon; his mother-in-law Winnifred Weppner of Frankford, DE; his siblings-in-law, Rebecca Moore (Layton) of Ocean City, MD, Rachel Baker (David) of Lutherville, MD and Chris Weppner of Idaho; his nieces and nephews, Shane, Jimi (Kim), Chris and Jenna (Pat); and his pet Henry. He is also survived by numerous cousins and dear friends.
