It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Fulcher of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, who passed away on October 25, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her children, Helen Joan Schreiner (Steve Schreiner) and George Edward Fulcher (Danielle Warren); her brother James E. Copperthite; and her grandchildren, Michael Piotrowsky, Jana Piotrowsky, Kevin Piotrowsky, Richard Warren-Fulcher and James Warren-Fulcher.
