With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eugenia Ann Waters of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on May 2, 2021 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eugenia Ann Waters to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony J. Marnett and Helen V. Marnett (D'Albero); her husband David Waters; her brothers, Anthony and Martin Marnett; and her grandson Michael David Waters.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Toni (Birgitta) of Lueders, TX and Robert Toni of Providence, RI.; and her stepchildren, Lynne Waters Beliveau (David) of Leesburg, VA, Sharon Waters Tudino (Frank) of Orange, CT, Keith Waters (Danell) of Village and Jennifer Waters Bronson (William) of Orange, CT.. She is also survived by 10 grandsons, 2 granddaughters and one great grandson.
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, social distancing protocols must be observed, and masks must be worn by everyone participating in any aspect of the service.
