He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Diggins and Helen M. Diggins (Kelly); his wives, Barbara and Margaret; his siblings, Thomas A. Diggins, Robert J. Diggins and Kathryn J. Kleber; and his nephew John Hladasz, Jr..
He is survived by: his nephew Peter Hladasz, III; his siblings, Mary Elizabeth Diggins of Middletown Twp, Frances Williams (Thomas) of Middletown Twp, Rita Hladasz (John) of Middletown Twp and Raymond Diggins (Kathy) of Aston, PA.; and his stepdaughter Sandra Lee Stanaitis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
