He is survived by: his children, Charles Louis Justice, Jr., Teresa VanKirk and Nancy Justice; his stepchildren, James Curtis, Donna Moore and Mona Bream; and his sister Rosemarie Hastings. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren.
