He was predeceased by: his father Alexander Francis. He is survived by: his mother Ruth Ann Kalinowski, Sr. (Hufnal); his wife Lisa M. Kalinowski (Montruchio); his children, Tiffany DuBois (Michael, Sr.) and Brandon Kalinowski; his stepchildren, Justin, Lindsay and Courtnay Montruchio; and his brothers, Alex, Jr., Leonard, Teddy and Chris Kalinowski. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
