He was predeceased by: his brothers, Albert and Clark. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Buckworth (Hawkins); his children, Jeffrey (Cheryl), Dawn Buckworth and Mark (Maureen); his grandchildren, Kellie Luther (Brent), Mary Champ (Dan), Kimberly Olsavsky, Matthew Buckworth (Amanda) and Hunter Buckworth; his great grandchildren, Victoria, Micah, Levi, Emma, James, Eden and Jaclyn; his nieces and nephews, Benny Buckworth (Lisa), Jessica Buckworth, Cathy Carmichael and Craig Carmichael (Lucila); and his brother-in-law Donald Carmichael.
