With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kathleen Harvey of Odessa, Delaware, born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on August 19, 2020 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Joseph Horvath and Dorothy Horvath; her husband Holger "Rusty" Harvey; her daughter Alice Browning; and her stepsons, William Russell and Robert Wayne.
