Donna Gaver Shank Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Gaver Shank of Odessa, Delaware, born in Somers Point, New Jersey, who passed away on January 2, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Dorothy Gaver (Errickson) and Donald A. Gaver; her husband L. D. Shank III; and her brother-in-law Charles Wahlig. She is survived by: her son Luther D. Shank IV (Morgan); her brother Eric D. Gaver (Diane R. Gaver); her sister-in-law Connie Wahlig; and her nieces and nephews, Justine Gaver Magariel, Curtis E. Gaver, Beth Nolan, Anne Lee, Cort Wahlig, Charlie Wahlig, Whitney Jackson and Jaime Jackson.
She was very appreciative of the community and staff – especially with their commitment to safety and care during the pandemic.
