He is survived by: his parents, William Joseph Clemens and Mary Elizabeth Clemens (Coolidge); his son William Michael Clemens; his significant other Kaleigh Antonelli; his sister Lacey Clemens; his grandmother Catherine Clemens; his uncle Michael Coolidge (Danielle); his aunts, Rosemary Clemens, Cathy Leary and Joanne Vrabic (Mark); his nephew Giovanni Gagnard; his cousins, Skylar Coolidge, Sara, Sophie Vrabic and Erica Vogt; his pet Bella; and also, Tobey Gagnard, Julie Clemens and Deandre White. He is also survived by friends, and many new friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in Billy's name to an organization to help with recovery.
