It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Warren E. Lilly of Ocean View, Delaware, born in Washington, District of Columbia, who passed away on November 10, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Lilly and Eva Enzor (Anderson). He is survived by: his wife Joan Arlene Lilly; his daughters, Dana Stanley (Chris) of Richmond, VA and Lynda Rae Horner (Gerry) of Severn, MD; his sister Wanda Barony of Lusby, MD; and his grandchildren, Drake Sandberg (Emily), Danielle Carraway (Lauren), Kelly Horner, Luke Horner and Justin Horner.
