She was predeceased by: her husband William R. Powell Sr.; and her son William R. Powell Jr.. She is survived by: her daughter Carol P. Hurley; her son-in-law D. Brent Hurley; her granddaughter Kristen L. Low (William J. Low); her great grandchild William Fisher Low; and her siblings, Judy Bennett (Edgar), I. Robert Willey (Carolyn) and Gary E. Willey (Linda). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
