It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sydney Cathcart Potter Jr. of Ocean View, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 25, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydney Cathcart Potter, Sr. and Edith Valerie Potter (Trotman); and his sister Lois Snyder. He is survived by: his wife Maryanne (Merker); his daughters, Wendy Potter of Ocean View, DE and Kimberly Miller (Brian) of Fallston, MD; his sister Barbara Huffard (Samuel) of State College, PA; and his grandchildren, Quinlan Weiermiller, Rylee Miller and Trenten Miller.
