She is survived by: her husband Ronald Charter; her daughter Jessica Burgess (Mark); her stepson Dustin Cook; her daughter-in-law Erin Cook; her grandsons, Daniel Burgess, John Burgess and Landon Cook; her siblings, Lois Lathbury, Ruth Ann Sagers and Joseph L. Lawton, III; her mother-in-law Charlotte Charter; and her brothers, Jerry Charter, Jackie Emmendorfer, Charles Charter and Joseph Charter (Karin Charter Allen). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
