She was predeceased by: her parents, James Donald and Lillian Howard (Currie); her husband Albert E. Forlenzo; and her siblings, Robert Alan Howard and Nancy Ostness.
She is survived by: her children, James A. Forlenzo (Bernie) of Ocean View and Merrilee Levesque (Dan) of Frankford; her grandchild Reagan Forlenzo; and her great grandchildren, Andrew and Maddy.
