Cooper of Ocean View, Delaware, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 3, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Charles Henry Wolf; and her stepdaughter Karla Simpson. She is survived by: her husband Gary W. Cooper; her children, Mitch Bramble (Dawn) of Georgetown, DE and Jennifer Turner of Millsboro, DE; her stepson Kevin Cooper (Kimberley) of Millsboro, DE; and her siblings, Charles Wolf of Florida, Mark Wolf of Florida and Beverly Neeley of Florida. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
