He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander Palmer and Gertrude Ree Palmer (Glackens). He is survived by: his daughter Candice Palmer (Bill Lewis); his siblings, Timothy Palmer (Theresa) and Linda Lewis (William); and his cousin Nancy Glackens.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 2:00 PM. A memorial service was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 at 3:00 PM and on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM.
