He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman E. Justice and Helen Justice (Melson); his sister Grace Evans; and his father-in-law James. He is survived by: his wife Patricia A. Justice (Savage); his daughter Lori Koyanagi (Keith) of Rehoboth Beach, DE; his grandchildren, Richard Belote of Rehoboth Beach, DE and Heidi Belote; his great grandchild Layla Brisco; and his brother Norman E. Justice of Ocean View, DE. He is also survived by other great grandchild on the way and several nieces and nephews.
